Alaska B4uDie Comedy Festival is proud to be the first Alaskan recipient of Hidden Valley® Ranch’s new corporate giving program “Ranch Gives Back!” After more than 70 years in business, Hidden Valley® is finally paying its respects to the state where its product was born!

That's right: the original ranch recipe was created right here in Alaska decades ago. Alaskan transplant, entrepreneur and international hero Kenneth “Steve” Henson invented ranch dressing while working as a plumber in the wilds of the Territory of Alaska back in 1951. The Hidden Valley® company was established a few years later in California, but even as ranch went on to dominate the country, many Alaskans never forgot where it all began.

To honor Steve’s memory, Alaska B4uDie Comedy Festival is teaming up with Hidden Valley® Ranch to provide laughs to as many Alaskans as possible. With their help, we are expanding our annual comedy fest to offer shows in the following cities:

Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Homer, Seward, Sterling, Talkeetna and Wasilla! 

The festival runs March 26 - April 5, culminating in a ranch-soaked extravaganza where comedians will duke it out in a bout of Hidden Valley® Ranch Wrestling.
